We offer closures in most pressure ratings and materials.  We have threaded, single bolt, double bolt and tool-less closures. Spring assists are available for vertical closures.

PIG TRACKING EQUIPMENT

Geophones are available to track pigs as well as "pingers"/transmitters and neodidium magnets. We sell and rent these items.  We offer a number of different options based on the features are most important to you and the result you are trying to achive.

We also offer intrusive and non-intrusive pig signals to help monitor passage through troublesome valves/fittings.

SURETRAP WELDFIT LAUNCHER/RECEIVER

WeldFit manufactures its SureTrapâ„¢ traditional pigging systems from 4 inch through 48 inch* nominal pipe size with extruded branch outlets to produce single or multiple outlets on the barrel. WeldFit has more than 30 years of pipeline experience with extruded outlets, welding and the fabrication of pigging systems where the design, engineering, manufacturing and testing are all performed in-house. Extruded outlets on SureTrapâ„¢ pigging systems have several advantages over the more common welded branch connections, made possible by several key features.

LAUNCHER AND RECEIVER FABRICATION

We offer fully engineered launchers and recievers for your upcoming pigging needs. Rentals are also available in lower pressures. Ask us for a data sheet to fill out so we can size out your L&R package.

PIGGIN POLE

The Piggin Pole makes launching and receiving pigs much easier. With interchangable heads, the Piggin Pole can hook or push any pig as well as change into a shovel for easy trap clean out. Additional sections can be added to extend the reach of the pole. Longer poles will come with centering wheels to ensure the pig is inserted correctly.

PIG SNOT

If you have ever had to hand launch a pig then you know the struggle. Just apply a little to the nose of the pig and gently push it in the pipe.

AIG SAFEWAY PIG LOADER

The Safeway Pig Loader uses hydraulic pressure to push the pig into its reducer and finally into the pipe.  Depending on the size of the pig to be launched, the Safeway Pig Loader is powered by an electrical plug or gas powered motor.
