WELDFIT ENERGY GROUP

WeldFit Energy Group is a leading manufacturer of high-quality oilfield and pipeline equipment including hot tap tees and Sureloc line stop tees. WeldFit's extrusion expertise, along with extensive machining and welding capability give the company the ability to create a variety of standard and custom products. WeldFit's commitment to quality is evident in its ISO 9001:2008 certification.

HOT TAP TEES

WeldFit's hot tap tees have been used successfully in thousands of hot tapping operations around the world. Consisting of a full-encirclement fitting and a weld-neck flange, our hot tap tees are designed and manufactured to ensure the integrity of the piping system.

SURELOC LINE STOP FITTINGS

WeldFit's Sureloc line stop fittings are used when the removal of the tapping valve is desirable after the completion of a temporary line stop operation. Once the need for the line stop has ended and the line stop head is removed, the Sureloc blind plug is inserted into the Sureloc fitting flange and locked into place by extending the segments into a groove in the plug. Once the Sureloc blind plug is installed, the tapping equipment can be removed and a blind flange installed to complete the process.

FULL ENCIRCLEMENT REINFORCING SADDLES

WeldFit can supply Full-Encirclement Reinforcing Saddles with full size or reduced branch outlets. WeldFit stocks Full-Encirclement Saddles in a variety of sizes and configurations manufactured using A234 Grade WPB material. We also have the in-house capability to supply stainless or high-yield stress saddles in any size or configuration required.

WeldFit can supply Full-Encirclement Reinforcing Saddles in any of the five configurations commonly used in the industry.

EXTRUDED HEADERS / BRANCH OUTLETS

WeldFit specializes in extruding branch outlets to produce single and multiple outlet headers and manifolds. Extruded outlets have several advantages over more common welded branch connections. First, they allow flexibility in the design, because reinforcement can be included in the neck of the extrusion. Second, they eliminate the header to branch weld, which is difficult to produce and not easily radiographically inspected. And third, extrusions are often more economical than welded connections, particularly for multiple outlet applications.
